Service throughout the hotel, pool, beach, parking etc was exceptional. Staff was always eager to assist and please. Beachfront in SoBe with staff on beach as well. Bar staff remembered my name; impressive. Hotel moved us up 8 floors when I requested a better oceanfront room. Awesome.

Great location. Excellent beach views. Proximity to restaurants, retail and other attractions. Staff was very friendly and extremely professional from the concierge to Spa personnel to security to beach and pool attendants. Everyone was very attentive to my family’s wants and asked did we need anything even before we asked. The bellhops and door attendants provided excellent service also, and housekeeping was very good especially since we visited during a peak time, Spring Break.

Location was fantastic. Facilities, pool, room, access to the beach are all a major plus! Staff are amazing, friendly and always willing to help.

check in delayed since computers down. tV in bedroom did not work and engineering never came to fix. otherwise fine

There is no way to describe the stay that would give it due. The staff was the best I'd ever experienced; they were warm, extremely attentive to our needs, prompt and efficient. The room was incredible, the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. If you want to stay in Maimi and want to leave feeling special stay here.
